How to Order...
TERMS: Net 30 Day on all approved accounts.Contact us for monthly finance charges for past due invoices.
CREDIT CARDS: All major credit cards are accepted within the Net 30 Day term. A 2% surcharge will be applied to all invoices paid with credit card past net 30 days.
COD: Available to accounts that don't qualify for terms.
PRICING POLICY: Spirit Medical will notify you ahead of time if there are any foreseen price changes.
Returns & Exchanges
Any returns or exchanges require a return authorization number from our office within 14 days of shipment. Returns or Exchanges past 7 days may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.

We use FedEx and UPS for shipments. Whichever gets your order to you the quickest!
We can offer same day shipments in many cases. Please notify us immediately if boxes come damaged in shipping.
